Terms of Service

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software code, user interface designs, logos, graphics, audio, video, documentation, and digital assets available through Infinity Builds are the exclusive intellectual property of Infinity Builds, protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

• No License Granted: Except as expressly permitted, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to Infinity Builds' intellectual property.
• Source Code Requests: Users interested in reviewing, evaluating, or inspecting proprietary source code for collaborative, educational, or integration purposes may submit a formal request via our official communication channels. Source code access is granted solely at the discretion of Infinity Builds under a separate Non-Disclosure or Source Code Evaluation Agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use & Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse Engineer or Decompile: Download, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, reconstruct, extract, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, or architecture of any software, product, or asset owned by Infinity Builds.
• Automated Scraping: Use any robot, spider, scraper, or automated tool to extract code, data, or media from our platform.
• Unauthorized Distribution: Modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any portion of Infinity Builds without prior written consent.

3. Enforcement & Liquidated Damages

In the event that you violate Section 2 by downloading, reconstructing, copying, or reverse engineering any software, digital product, or proprietary asset belonging to Infinity Builds without explicit written authorization:

• Liquidated Damages: You agree that Infinity Builds shall be entitled to recover liquidated damages in an amount up to $200,000 USD per violation, representing a reasonable pre-estimate of damages resulting from unauthorized exploitation and loss of competitive advantage.
• Legal Remedies: Infinity Builds reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, statutory copyright damages, actual damages, legal fees, and court costs in addition to or in lieu of liquidated damages.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Infinity Builds' website or Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

• Exclusive Venue: You irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Maryland for the resolution of any legal proceedings or claims arising under these Terms.

5. Creator Community, Submissions & Instructors

Infinity Builds is committed to growing an elite team of innovators and creators.

• Improving Our Products: We welcome bright minds to submit feedback, optimization ideas, and software concepts. By submitting software, code, or feature concepts to Infinity Builds, you represent that you hold full legal ownership of the material and grant Infinity Builds a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to evaluate and test the submission.
• Educators & Seminars: We actively recruit innovative educators and instructors to lead seminars, classes, and workshops. Applications and teaching proposals may be submitted through our designated application portals.

Your Data & Account Deletion

When you submit a creation we record your account email, account age, IP address and browser to help prevent abuse; this is visible only to the site administrator. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page, and optionally erase all information and files you uploaded. Anything you shared and made public may already have been downloaded by other users. We will never download, use or share your information or code without your express consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms.
